1 hour-long nutrition consultation over Zoom. This consultation will center around discussing lifestyle changes and recommendations to improve your health. This service is available for individuals residing in California, Colorado, Illinois, and Virginia. (cost: $100)
Functional Lab panel consultation
You will receive a lab requisition to take to Labcorp and get your labs drawn. I will receive your lab results about 2 weeks later and we will meet for 1 hour Zoom consultation in which I will explain your lab results and give recommendations to improve your labs. The labs will be comprehensive, checking a1c, thyroid, hormones, kidneys, lipid panel, blood panel, nutrient levels, and more. This service is available for individuals residing in California, Colorado, Illinois, and Virginia. (cost $400)
Functional lab panel without consultation
You will receive a lab requisition to take to Labcorp and get your labs drawn. I will receive your lab results about 2 weeks later and I will email the lab result to you with general explanations of why lab values may be to high or low. It also uses an algorithm to say how likely it is that you have dysfunctions in specific systems of the body. This service is available for all states EXCEPT New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. (cost $300)
Package program
For a package program, you get 6 1 hour-long nutrition consultations and 2 functional lab work panels that must be used within the year. This service is available for individuals residing in California, Colorado, Illinois, and Virginia. (cost $1,000)
